Seniors, Social Security, and Medicare

I am committed to protecting Social Security and Medicare for today’s seniors and future generations. These programs provide an important safety net to millions of Americans and were promised to recipients who invested in them. I do not support efforts to privatize Social Security or dismantle Medicare. Congress must make it a priority to find real solutions to address the solvency of these programs before it is too late.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14) voted in support of S. 151, the Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence (TRACED) Act, which will help put a stop to illegal and abusive robocalls. This bipartisan bill passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 417 to 3 and now heads to President Trump’s desk for signature.
