Reschenthaler Statement on President Biden’s State of the Union Address

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chief Deputy Whip Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) issued the following statement regarding President Biden’s State of the Union Address:

 

“When the Trump Administration left office, and President Biden entered the Oval Office, illegal immigration was at record lows, inflation was close to zero, and our foreign adversaries feared the United States.

 

Three years later, America is witnessing record-high illegal border crossings, record-high price increases, and a world that is on fire.

 

It didn’t have to be this way. Joe Biden and his radical Democrats worked to destroy our nation and the American Dream. The State of our Union can only be strong when our leaders fight for the American people — not themselves and their donors.”
