Congressman Guy Reschenthaler Sworn In as Representative for Pennsylvania’s 14th Congressional District
WASHINGTON - Today Congressman Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14) was formally sworn in as a Member of the 116th Congress at the United States Capitol. Reschenthaler will represent the citizens of the 14th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, which includes Washington, Fayette, Greene, and portions of Westmoreland Counties.
"It's an honor to be sworn into the U.S. House of Representatives. I look forward to this opportunity to take our southwestern Pennsylvania values of hard work and common sense to Congress," stated Reschenthaler.
A lifelong resident of southwestern Pennsylvania, Reschenthaler graduated from Penn State, The Behrend College, and completed law school at Duquesne University.
Following law school, Reschenthaler served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps, volunteering for service in Iraq. Prior to running for U.S. Congress, he was elected Magisterial District Judge and most recently served as the State Senator representing portions of Allegheny and Washington Counties.
