Reschenthaler Statement on Impeachment Inquiry into President Biden

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chief Deputy Whip Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) released the following statement after Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s announcement that House Republicans will open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden:

“Over the last nine months, House Republicans have uncovered allegations of corruption by President Joe Biden. This evidence must be taken seriously, as the United States cannot — and will not — have a commander-in-chief who is at the behest of our foreign adversaries.

President Biden’s actions warrant further investigation, and an impeachment inquiry is the correct path to pursue for the American people. I look forward to moving this inquiry forward and getting answers in our pursuit of truth and complete transparency from the White House.”
