Reschenthaler Statement on Veterans Day
WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Representative Guy Reschenthaler (R-Penn.) released the following statement on Veterans Day:
“Since the birth of our great nation, countless brave men and women have answered the call to defend our freedoms and put their lives on the line for their fellow Americans. This includes nearly 39,000 southwestern Pennsylvanians from our 14th Congressional District.
As a Navy veteran, I am proud to have served alongside these heroes and remain steadfast in my belief that these individuals make up the strongest force in human history. While we honor these individuals today on Veterans Day, our gratitude and respect should not end when tomorrow arrives. Instead, let’s continue to lift up our veterans each and every day, remembering their sacrifice while forever honoring their courage to protect our cherished freedoms.”
